This is our third time of stopping at this hotel in the last 12 months. The Deco of the hotel is fabulous. Professionalism of the staff in particular the French lady in the restaurant. My husband and I would like to wish her all the very best in her up coming wedding. Also it was very welcoming to see black staff and people of colour working there. Britain is multicultural and when individuals stay within a prestige hotel it is very nice to see people that look like you working there. Thank you, it made my stay better. Reason being, sometimes when you go to other hotels and you're the only one of colour there it can be very uncomfortable at times. However this particular hotel has embraced cultural diversities. With a boatload of professionalism within their recruitment of staffing. Thank you

I would have given an overall excellent. The only negative was the fact that our room, which was lovely and had a great view, was opposite the bars and nightlife on the harbour side. The base stopped me from getting to sleep on Saturday night, although my husband slept right through it. I guess I’m a sensitive sleeper. The staff were very obliging the next morning and moved us to a quieter spot. Apart from this, the hotel is in a perfect location. It is spotlessly clean. Really good quality bedding and good pillows. Nice bar and restaurant with great service.

There were luxurious added touches everywhere in The Bristol Hotel. The aroma as we entered the reception and the beautiful furniture made the start of our stay a lovely experience. The room had added touches of a coffee machine and the most comfortable bed with feature big lamps and a velvet throw. Bathrobes and slippers meant there was everything we could ask for. The location in the heart of great bars and tourist spots was wonderful together with friendly staff. Choose this hotel , you won't be disappointed.

A carpark adjacent to the hotel, paying for the parking in the hotel is much cheaper. The staff were so lovely and friendly. They upgraded our room as it was my partners 30th birthday and they also gave us a lovely bottle of prosecco in our room as a surprise for my partner. It was one of the hottest days of the year and the room had an aircon, the room was so lovely and cool for arrival. We had a fantastic stay here and we were so close to everything in Bristol. We will definitely be coming back again.

I would like to say that the staff were excellent. I live out in the country and found the noise from the street outside to be a little off putting when trying to sleep. I was in room 215 directly street facing and so I phoned down to the the customer services desk and was swiftly moved to an room on the opposite side of the building facing inwards. Breakfast was lovely and excellent wifi. Went for a course which was held on site and have to say the lunch was also excellent.
